COVID, my first child, 2020 was an interesting and extremely hectic year to say the least. Fortunately, 2021 is here and there is light at the end of the tunnel. Despite not posting very much I have been writing drafts for months on end and will attempt to use this summer to post as much content as possible. Stay tuned for articles about Italy and Peru, as well as revisiting destinations like Japan in anticipation for the upcoming Summer Olympic Games.

There is still so much to write and too little time to complete everything as quickly as I desire. If you know that I have traveled somewhere and there is not an article about the location please contact me so I can push that to the top of my must do list. I have pages upon pages of notes and thousands of photographs are neatly organized and articles will be posted in due time. Follow my Instagram and Twitter feeds for the most current updates of my adventures.

About the Website

After every school year educators and students are given two months off for summer vacation. During this time off I have the opportunity to explore destinations both near and far.  I love traveling and want to share these experiences for my friends, family, students and the world to see.  That idea inspired me to create TeacherTrekker.com © a website aimed at both the travel and education communities. The content will be able to assist travelers, students and educators and anyone interested in gaining more knowledge about the locations I have been fortunate enough to experience. I will review anything and everything from cultural and historical landmarks to the hotels and restaurants during my adventures.  Then I will connect my travel experiences with content for educators and students to enhance their educational endeavors.  Happy Trekking!
